Because they get up early every day, they gain more time to read and write; and because they go to bed early every day, they guarantee enough sleep and rest. Therefore, even if they stay at home, they can still keep healthy and energetic, and constantly improve their confidence and capital.
Those who go to bed early and get up early are more regular in their work and rest than those who are not self disciplined, and the whole person is in a better state. What is more, they may be more active, more executive, and even more aware of their future goals and plans.

There seems to be a small gap between self-discipline and non self-discipline. On the surface, people who can control their mouths and open their legs may just weigh a few pounds less than you; those who can concentrate more on learning may just have more scores than you; those who can arrange work and rest more reasonably than you may just have more abundant time than you.
But on a deeper level, people who are more self disciplined than you may have more opportunities and choices than you, are more likely to succeed than you, and have more rights and freedom to master life than you.
We envy and want to be self disciplined people, but many times, we just can't control our laziness, our procrastination and our playfulness.
In fact, as long as you want to achieve good results, as long as you want to have a good figure, as long as you want to be like yourself, once the goal is clear, it will be very motivated to want self-discipline. However, it takes a lot of effort to really adhere to self-discipline.
