We will adhere to the principle of quality control as the core, scientific and technological innovation as the driving force, and genuine medicinal materials as the focus. We will build a modern Chinese medicine industry system integrating traditional Chinese medicine agriculture, Chinese medicine industry, traditional Chinese medicine trade, Chinese medicine health services, Chinese medicine cultural tourism, and traditional Chinese medicine extension industry, so as to promote the high-quality development of Chinese medicine industry. We should build an electronic regulatory information platform, improve the information sharing and feedback traceability mechanism in the whole process of traditional Chinese medicine production, circulation and sales, and ensure that "the source is known, the destination can be traced, the quality can be controlled, and the responsibility can be traced".


Third, we should take trade as the path to smooth the channels of foreign trade of traditional Chinese medicine. Strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the World Health Organization, international organization for standardization and medical and health institutions of various countries, and create an international environment conducive to the overseas development of Chinese medicine industry.
